Search Engine Journal launched an SEO strategy based on updating older articles. The final numbers are not yet in, but Danny tells me it has been a roaring success. My guess is that it has pushed up rankings for existing keywords, expanded the range of keywords pages rank for, increased CTR from the SERP, reduced bounce rate, increased time on site… and probably more besides. This reads like an SEO’s dream đŸ™‚
