How to Escape Survival Mode in Your Agency
Almost every marketing agency gets stuck in survival mode, unable to properly scale. The agency owner is trapped in the business, working all hours for little return and unsure of when the hell will end. For most agency owners the choice is to shut it down or grow it, and that’s when they call me. The decisions you make in order to survive end up trapping you in survival mode, so you need a new set of decision frameworks, a new way of understanding how agencies grow, and ultimately a new relationship between the owner and the business.
